What is a hydraulic Solenoid Valve?

A hydraulic solenoid valve is a hydraulic transmission used to control the liquid pressure, flow, and direction of the components. Control pressure is called pressure control valve, control flow is called flow control valve, control through, break and flow direction is called direction control valve.

What is the working principle of a hydraulic solenoid valve?

The solenoid valve has closed cavities, holes in various places that are each connected to a different oil pipe, a piston in the middle, two electromagnets on either side, and depending on which side of the magnet coil is energized, the valve body will be drawn to that side. The valve body can be moved to open or close the various drain holes, and since the inlet hole is always open, hydraulic oil will enter the various drain holes. The mechanical mechanism is driven by the piston, which in turn drives the piston rod. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the current flow of the solenoid.
